Terms of use

Ceiling is software that launches coins on pump.fun and pays their holders on Solana. Using it means you accept these terms.

Last updated 5 November 2026.

What Ceiling is

Ceiling prepares Solana transactions for your wallet to sign and send: pump.fun launches, buys and sells on a coin's bonding curve, and token-account opens for payouts. Your wallet holds your keys; Ceiling never does.

Coins launched here have their pump.fun creator fees claimed and split by the Ceiling engine exactly as the docs and each coin's page describe.

No advice, real risk

Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. Memecoins are volatile and most lose all of their value. Prices, market caps and example figures come from public chain data and can be wrong or late.

Payouts depend on trading volume, liquidity, network conditions and third-party programs such as pump.fun, PumpSwap and Jupiter. They can be smaller than expected, delayed, or not happen.

Paired assets

Tokenized stocks and pre-IPO tokens are issued by xStocks and PreStocks, under their own terms and restrictions, not by Ceiling. Holding a coin launched here, or $CEILING, gives no ownership of, or rights in, any company or asset it is paired with. Some issuers do not offer their tokens to residents of certain countries, including the United States; you must check whether you may hold them.

What you agree to

  • You are of legal age and allowed to use this service where you live.
  • You are not on a sanctions list and do not act for anyone who is.
  • You do not launch coins that impersonate people, brands or other coins, or that infringe anyone's rights.
  • You read every transaction in your wallet before you sign it.

Fees

Ceiling charges no launch fee beyond pump.fun's own costs. pump.fun charges its own fee on every trade. The engine pays each coin's network fees from that coin's own creator fees before the split shown in the docs.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Ceiling and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including lost funds, failed transactions, payouts that do not arrive, or faults in Ceiling or in the programs it uses.

Changes

These terms can change. The date above shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
